Lead Executive Administrator, Anna Mondragon-Metzger,  provides direct support to the General Manager and EAWSD Board of Directors as required to facilitate a public interface with outsourced contractors, vendors, and funding agencies that conduct business with the District. She is also responsible for overseeing special projects and supporting administrative staff in conducting the day-to-day operations of the District, as needed.
